Shipping Information
Thistle socks are shipped for free using USPS First Class Mail. Socks are shipped within 72 hours of purchase. An email will be sent to the buyer, containing tracking information on the day that the socks are shipped. We are only able to ship using USPS First Class Mail and cannot use any other provider such as UPS or other expedited services. Thistle socks are only shipped within the United States.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return your item whether it is defective, you are not satisfied with your purchase or you simply changed your mind. Just send the product back within 90 days for a full refund, which will be processed within five days.We are unable to reimburse you for any shipping charges you incur from sending the item back to us. If the product is defective, we will issue you $1.50 towards your cost to ship the item back.
Warranty
Every thistle seed sock is assembled of the same durable mesh. Either fiberglass or heavy duty poly-coated fiberglass mesh. Our socks are guaranteed to last an entire season or your money back. Damage resulting from usage, storage, misuse, abuse or accidents is not covered by the warranty.
